• Identity & contact details: your name, phone number, email address, WhatsApp number, and (where needed) messaging handle (Instagram, Facebook).
• Trip details: travel dates, pickup/drop-off location, flight number, group size, accommodation name, and any accessibility or special requests you share.
• Messages: the content of the WhatsApp, SMS, phone, or email conversations you have with us.
• Payment-related info: we do not store credit-card numbers. Payment is made directly in cash, by bank transfer, or via a third-party processor; any card data you provide goes to that processor, not to us.

Information collected automatically when you visit the site

• Basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring website, and pages viewed — collected by our hosting provider in standard access logs for security and abuse prevention.
• We do not run analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or behavioral cookies on this website.

When you contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram, or email, the content of that conversation is also processed by the platform you chose under their own privacy policies.

• Booking records: kept for up to 5 years to comply with Moroccan accounting rules.
• Messages (WhatsApp, email): kept for up to 24 months for follow-up and dispute handling, then deleted on request.
• Website server logs: typically 30–90 days.
• Reviews published with your consent: kept until you ask us to remove them.
